  • No need to travel; there is no worry about arriving on time, or fighting traffic.  I see all of my clients via Zoom, which offers secure, confidential computer-based communication. You can be in the comfort of your own home, in your bed, on a couch or seated in a comfy recliner, and can go into that nice Theta brainwave state (at the cusp of sleep) completely relaxed and at ease. After your hypnotherapy session, you can remain in a relaxed state and enjoy the peaceful feeling for as long as you wish.
  • A process that is as effective via Zoom as it is in person. When I first opened my practice, half of my clients I saw in my office and half via videoconference. Initially, I questioned whether hypnotherapy via Zoom would be as effective as in-person hypnotherapy. In an age in which so much human interaction is moving online, there is an unmistakable benefit to face-to-face communication. However, as my practice grew, as people from across the United States began to refer their friends and family to me, the demand for my hypnotherapy via videoconferencing skyrocketed. I perfected my process in response to growing demand and now am one of the leading practitioners of this form of hypnotherapy.
  • It's not for everyone. I need to share with you an important piece of information: some groups of people respond much better to face-to-face hypnotherapy than to remote hypnotherapy. I recommend face-to-face hypnotherapy for children, for teens and adults with ADHD or other attention issues, and for people who are not comfortable using computers. In addition, some people have no peace and quiet at home, or in a dorm, so they might need to place themselves in a quieter environment. Although Zoom sessions work beautifully for most people, the truth is that they aren't right for everyone.

– Who want to passively have someone “fix” them.
– Who are only mildly interested in getting their problem solved.

You Are In Control

  • There are many myths and misconceptions about hypnosis. Please note that you have complete control during the entire session.
  • Hypnotherapy is very different from a hypnosis stage show. You will not do anything embarrassing, like clucking as a chicken. Also, you will not do anything that goes against your morals or ethical beliefs. I promise you. 
  • You will also not release any personal secrets that you do not want to. 

Beyond Positive Thinking

  • The problem with positive affirmations is that they operate at the surface level of conscious thinking and do nothing to contend with the subconscious mind where limiting beliefs really live. For example, if you tell yourself to think “I am abundant and attract wealth,” yet your deeply held core belief is that you are never enough or unworthy of your success, your brain will be quick to incite an inner war. 
  • With hypnotherapy, we deal directly with the root cause, the source of the limiting beliefs you've been carrying around in your subconscious. We eradicate old beliefs and free you to live your best life.


  • All clients are assured of confidentiality in accordance with professional codes of ethics. I do not contact any other practitioners or doctors the client may also be seeing, without the client’s permission. I will not tell anyone that you are my client, unless you give me permission. 
  • I may disclose information only when required by law or when authorized by those responsible for the client’s care.
  • Children and teens are afford the same level of confidentiality as the adults I treat.

Number of Sessions

  • Typically, I see my clients between one and three sessions. Much depends upon the desired outcome and a person's capability to be suggestible.
  • Your session concludes with a recording (about 10 - 18 minutes long) . You'll listen to for at least 21 days. 
  • If you have multiple issues you wish to address and would like to see me more than once, don't worry. You have the option to come for a additional sessions to address other issues.
