This will give you the opportunity to ask any questions or raise any concerns. 

If you feel that hypnotherapy isn't right for you, that is completely fine.

Step Two: Book Your Hypnotherapy Session

Sessions take place via Zoom. You will need earbuds with a built-in microphone.

Prior to the session, I will send you via DocuSign a Confidential Client Information Form and a Consent form. Please read, sign and return via DocuSign. 


Step Three: Listen to the Recording

Shortly after your session, I will email your MP3 recording. 

You can download it to your cell phone and computers. 


It will be created especially for you.

Policies

Scope of Service

  1. As a hypnotherapist, my role is help you resolve everyday problems using hypnosis. 
  2. I am not a medical doctor nor a mental health practitioner. I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or heal any physical, mental, or emotional illness. The services I render are not a form of health care, psychotherapy, or counseling. The physical and mental well-being of each client is my primary consideration. 
  3. I recommend that you seek medical and/or professional help when appropriate. Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical treatments or medications. 

Treatment of Minors

  1. An adult caregiver (typically Mom or Dad) must fill out the Minor Consent Form prior to the hypnotherapy session.
  2. I only treat children and teens who are interested in hypnosis and who want to find out if it may work for them. I will not treat children or teens who appear to be coming to hypnotherapy because an authority figure (typically Mom or Dad) believes it is the right thing to do. Hypnotherapy works exceptionally well when client feel that they are in control of the process. The converse is equally true.


Payments & Cancellations

  1. If you must cancel an appointment due to an emergency or illness, please provide 24 hours notice by phoning or emailing. 
  2. Payments are expected at the time of service. 
  3. Many clients use their HSA accounts. Please check your HSA policy prior to booking with me, as I am not familiar with the details of all HSA policies.
